STATEMENT OF TRUTH (3) Was in the race for a long way when 2nd beaten by 1/2L last start at Doomben and facing a weaker group of contenders. Expecting to settle positively. Will take some beating today. STANDLEE (10) Strong effort to run into 2nd last run at Dalby and will appreciate the drop in weight. Sean Cormack and Tom Dougall make a formidable team. Can give this a shake. MOFEED (4) Improved when 5th last time at Dalby and gets a favourable gate. Winnable race. SMART 'N' STYLISH (6) Got going late when 5th last start at Toowoomba. Interesting gear change of blinkers on first time. Has good finishing speed. Added confidence jockey with Jess Emmerson doing the steering. No shock to see a win.
